By accessing this service, you acknowledge the following terms and conditions and agree to be bound by this agreement. You acknowledge that the Guest Wi-Fi provided by SCG is at the complete discretion of SCG. SCG may block or terminate your access to Wi-Fi at any time if they see fit. You further acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for your lawful internet access use.
Terms and Conditions
- This is a free Wi-Fi internet service (the “Service”) provided by Security Consulting Group (“SCG”), by invitation to a guest of SCG (the “Guest”).
- By accepting these terms and conditions or otherwise accessing this Service you accept the Terms on which it is provided as the Guest.
- SCG reserves the right to terminate, suspend, limit, change or revoke this access to the Service for the Guest at any time.
- The Service is not to be used by the Guest for non-SCG related commercial, business, personal or other purposes.
- The Service shall not be used in connection to or to facilitate illegal activity.
- The Service shall not be used to access websites with abusive, threatening, sexually explicit or criminal content or used to perform abusive, threatening, defamatory or criminal behaviour.
- The Service is provided on ‘as-is’ basis and SCG disclaims any implied or explicit warranties and liability regards the quality, availability, performance, reliability, function or fitness for purpose of the Service.
- SCG provides no guarantees to access or uninterrupted availability of the Service, to its compatibility with the Guest’s device or the Guest’s software, or to when and where the service can be accessed from.
- SCG has no obligation to provide the Guest a compatible device to access the Service.
- SCG has no obligation to resolve faults or defects with the Service.
- SCG excludes all liability for any indirect or direct loss or damage suffered by the Guest using the Service.
- The Guest will indemnify SCG and hold SCG harmless against all claims, costs, suits and demands arising in respect of the Guest’s access to and use of the Service, including but not limited to infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights.
- SCG does not warrant that any information, software or other material accessible through use of the Service is free from viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, ransomware or malicious and harmful code.
- The Guest acknowledges that SCG may monitor their use of the Service to uphold ethical and lawful usage or otherwise improve the performance and features of the Service.
- The Guest acknowledges that SCG will handle Guest personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
