Global Defence Solutions – Zone 4 & 5 Secure Containers
Building on our successful collaboration with GDS in delivering the first certified Zone 4 Secure Container, SCG was well-positioned to provide expert security design, documentation and project execution for the next phase of Zone 4 and 5 secure containers. Our proven track record in security compliance and technical excellence ensured these containers met the highest standards required by ASIO, the Australian Signals Directorate and Defence authorities.
The project was structured into three key stages:
- Gap analysis: SCG assessed the existing designs for compliance with ASIO’s security standards, identified deficiencies and provided clear rectification measures. This phase included stakeholder engagement to align requirements with regulatory expectations.
- Design documentation: We developed detailed security schematics, technical specifications and construction-ready documentation, ensuring seamless integration of electronic security systems.
- Construction administration & certification: SCG provided ongoing technical oversight, responded to contractor queries, conducted inspections, and performed final system acceptance testing. Our team oversaw the certification process, ensuring that all security measures were implemented to the required standards.
Leveraging our experience and deep understanding of secure infrastructure, SCG was committed to delivering a fully compliant, high-security solution for GDS.
