NEXTDC S4 Site Selection SRA
SCG was engaged by NEXTDC to undertake a security risk assessment to inform site selection of a new Western Sydney data centre.
Planned for Horsley Park in Western Sydney, S4 will be 42kms west of the Sydney central business district and close to a major electricity substation, as well as telecommunications, utilities and public infrastructure.
The assessment covered a site of approximately 124,000sqm, expected to accommodate a data centre with 300MW of capacity and housing clients’ mission critical operation centres as well as offices and collaboration spaces.
