Riverina Development Program
The Riverina Redevelopment Program is intended to support the long-term sustainment of the Albury Wodonga Military Area, RAAF Base Wagga and Blamey Barracks Kapooka base capabilities, through facility and infrastructure works and/or enhancements for the next 30 years.
The Riverina Redevelopment Program involves delivery of new or upgraded accommodation; upgrades to training facilities; consolidating and upgrading communal facilities; and remediation works and upgrades to infrastructure services associated with four projects:
- Albury-Wodonga Military Area Redevelopment (EST02021)
- RAAF Base Wagga Redevelopment (EST02025)
- Blamey Barracks Kapooka Redevelopment (EST02036)
- East Bandiana – Theatre Logistics Program (ESTJ8218PH1)
SCG was engaged by the Managing Contractor (CPB/Downer Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture) as the Design Services Subconsultant to provide SCEC security and ICT communications design and consultancy services for the following design stages associated with the project’s planning and delivery phases of the project:
- Master Planning and Feasibility Report (5% MPFR)
- Concept Design Report (30% CDR)
- Schematic Design Report (50% SDR)
- Detailed Design Report (90% DDR)
- Final Design Report (100% FDR)
