VIC, WA and TAS Defence Bases – Zone 4/5 Area Audits and Type 1A SAS Upgrades
Ventia was directed by the Defence Estate and Infrastructure Group through the Defence Estate Works Program to undertake upgrades of existing Type 1 security alarm systems in Zone 5 areas from Type 1 to Type 1A, and an assessment and upgrade of existing Type 1 security alarm systems installed in nominated Zone 4 areas for various Department of Defence sites across West Australia, Victoria and Tasmania.
To support this program of works, SCG was engaged by Ventia to provide specialist SCEC security consultancy services in relation to the Type 1A security alarm system upgrades for Zone 4 and 5 areas and assessment of Zone 4 areas at Defence sites:
