Abby is a highly experienced Security Advisor with a career spanning government and consulting roles in New Zealand and Australia. Beginning her career as a security guard at the New Zealand Parliament, she quickly developed a passion for protecting people and managing risk in high-stakes environments. Abby has led major security projects, including upgrading frontline service centres following critical incidents, and now specialises in government department projects, delivering outcomes that improve safety and build resilience for clients. She is recognised for her ability to engage directly with stakeholders, translate complex risks into actionable strategies, and see projects through from concept to completion.

Outside of work, Abby is a former competitive squash player who represented New Zealand as a junior and continues to be involved in the sport as a coach and community advocate. Her experience in high-performance sport has shaped her approach to problem-solving, teamwork, and mentoring, which she brings to her consulting practice. Passionate about nurturing the next generation of security professionals, Abby actively supports graduates and young professionals, helping them explore careers in physical security and risk management.
