Cameron brings over two decades of senior finance leadership experience across property development, engineering, construction, and industrial services. An accomplished Financial Controller and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) member, he currently oversees the finance and operations functions, managing financial reporting, taxation, cashflow, and strategic budgeting. Known for driving efficiency and system improvements, Cameron has successfully implemented new platforms, streamlined reporting processes, and reduced month-end close times. His career includes senior finance roles, where he developed deep expertise in financial governance, process improvement, and strategic planning for multi-entity operations. Ten years at Fluor, a US-listed company, reinforced his financial discipline and gave him exposure to global governance, regulations, and complex industries—experience he now applies to strengthen and sophisticate finance functions in his current role.
Beyond technical expertise, Cameron thrives on working with people and being part of a team that takes projects from concept through to successful delivery. He values mentoring, learning, and helping others achieve their professional goals, drawing on the support and development he benefited from earlier in his career. With two young daughters, much of his time outside of work is spent with family, often on the sidelines of sports or taxiing them to activities. He also enjoys golf, watching football, and contributing to his local school community where he hopes to assist with initiatives that improve student facilities and experiences. A collaborative leader, Cameron balances discipline and innovation with a people-focused approach, ensuring finance functions not only meet compliance but also enable growth, opportunity, and long-term success.
