Craig is a Director with over 40 years’ experience in managing and delivering complex, large-scale security projects across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. With deep expertise in electronic security, integrated system design, and program leadership, he has guided multidisciplinary teams on some of the region’s most challenging initiatives. Throughout his career, Craig has combined technical precision with commercial and strategic insight, building long-term client relationships and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that set benchmarks in the security and ICT consulting industry. He is also a strong advocate for mentoring emerging professionals, drawing on his own early start in the electronic security industry to support graduates and young consultants as they develop their careers.
As head of SCG’s business performance team, Craig ensures all projects align with governance, compliance, and client expectations, while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. His leadership extends beyond the office, reflecting his passion for discipline, teamwork, and endurance through his long-standing commitment to triathlon and outdoor pursuits. Currently serving as President of his local Triathlon Club, Craig values both the individual focus and community spirit of the sport, a philosophy he brings into his professional life by fostering collaboration, resilience, and client satisfaction. Holding a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing from Edith Cowan University, and a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Craig embodies a unique blend of technical mastery, business leadership, and people-first values.
