Des has over 35 years’ experience in the design and delivery of high-security projects across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East, and is recognised as one of the country’s most experienced and respected security consultants. His portfolio spans courts, prisons, hospitals, police, and a wide range of government and commercial facilities. He provides leadership and mentoring across all phases of project delivery, from initial setup and technical design through to execution and quality assurance. Known for his pragmatic, risk-based approach, Des ensures every solution is operationally sound, cost-effective, and tailored to the unique needs of each project, whether for justice, health or commercial environments.
