Eli is a Senior Security Consultant with nearly 20 years’ specialist experience spanning locksmithing, electronic engineering, government policy, and high-security consulting. A qualified locksmith and electronics engineer, he spent more than a decade with the Australian Government where, under the auspices of Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC), he led national security initiatives and developed technical standards. His expertise covers the full spectrum of protective security—systems design and assurance, technical and engineering reviews, governance and policy development, and risk assessments—delivered across some of the most complex and sensitive projects in Australia.
At SCG, Eli provides independent protective security advice, threat and risk analysis, and electronic security consultancy to government and industry clients operating in high-assurance and high-threat environments. His career journey gives him a distinctive perspective, combining hands-on technical skill with deep policy and governance knowledge. A lifelong learner with qualifications including a Graduate Diploma in Security Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Eli is passionate about advancing physical security technologies, streamlining design processes, and delivering practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that safeguard people, assets, and operations.
