Francesco is passionate about driving innovation in the Digital Engineering sector, where he helps transform the way complex projects are delivered. From the shift away from traditional 2D drawings and reports to the adoption of 3D interactive, data-rich models, he leverages the latest technology to streamline workflows and create value for clients across industries including defence and data centres. With a particular focus on automation and reducing repetitive tasks, Francesco is committed to fully harnessing the potential of Digital Engineering to improve efficiency and outcomes. He takes pride in contributing to projects that enhance Australia’s national defence and justice systems, including the Armadale Police Complex in Western Australia—the first SCG project delivered using Building Information Modelling (BIM), completed successfully on time and within budget.
Outside of work, Francesco maintains a strong passion for sports and fitness. Whether training at the gym, watching NBA games, or taking on new challenges like running, he enjoys staying active and setting personal goals. In 2024, he completed the City to Surf 4km run and is now working towards the 12km race. Above all, he values spending quality time with his son and daughter, balancing his dedication to Digital Engineering and national projects with his role as a proud and engaged father.
