Scott brings over 25 years’ experience in the security industry, beginning his career as an engineer before transitioning into project management then consulting and design. This foundation has provided him with a unique perspective that combines deep understanding of client expectations with the operational realities of complex environments, enabling him to develop tailored mitigation strategies that directly address each client’s unique needs.
Over his career, Scott has delivered innovative and practical security solutions across Defence, Border Protection, law enforcement, federal and state government, healthcare, transport, corrections and large-scale infrastructure projects. With a reputation for technical excellence and a solutions-focused mindset, he is passionate about designing integrated systems that are innovative and responsive to emerging threats.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, Scott has led the successful delivery of security design and project management outcomes for major national projects. His ability to combine technical expertise with client-focused problem solving ensures the solutions he develops are robust, sustainable and aligned with long-term operational objectives.
Outside work, Scott is a proud father of two daughters and enjoys time in nature, particularly winter sports and hiking. He looks forward to contributing to SCG’s continued success and growth, while helping to shape secure, resilient and innovative solutions for its clients.
