Stephen is a Senior SCEC Security Zone Consultant with over 20 years’ global consulting experience for high-profile, high-risk government and private sector clients across the Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, in a variety of industries including critical infrastructure, corrections, commercial landmark projects (including super high rises), data centres, defence, education, energy, health and transport.

With a background in security risk management, Stephen has a broad skill set in conducting threat vulnerability risk assessments (TVRA / SRA), security reviews/audits, technical designs, strategic planning, project planning, tender analysis and application of security solutions.

Stephen focuses on identifying security requirements to protect assets, personnel, data and reputation from security threats with a speciality in complex medium- to high-security facilities, with expertise spanning Physical Security Zones 2 to 5 and SCIF. His mitigation plans focus on the continuous improvement of security performance by implementing scalable security solutions taking into account the threat environment and perceived risk.

Outside of work, Stephen is an Ultra Trail runner and a passionate supporter of organisations that provides Support for Life to those living with muscular dystrophy and neuromuscular conditions.
